The platform, its founders, administrators, developers, and Master Traders are NOT registered financial advisors, brokers, SEBI/SEC representatives, or portfolio managers. No content, signals, or trade histories constitute investment, financial, or trading advice.

2. 100% Sole Client Risk & Complete Liability Waiver

All trades mirrored to your exchange account are executed at your sole discretion, authorization, and personal financial risk. You accept complete personal responsibility for all trade outcomes, profits, and losses. The platform, operators, and Master Traders hold ZERO legal or financial liability for:

Any market drawdowns, losses, liquidations, or capital impairment.
Extreme market volatility, flash crashes, sudden liquidity drains, or stop-loss slippage.
Exchange-side API downtime, rate-limits, connectivity disconnects, or technical glitches.
Internet connection failures, device outages, or execution timing variations.

3. No Guarantees of Future Profitability

Past trading performance, win rates, and return percentages displayed by Master Traders or strategies are historical benchmarks only and do not guarantee future returns. Markets can shift unpredictably at any time.

4. Non-Custodial Personal Account Security

Your capital remains inside your personal Shark / Pi42 Exchange account. The copier connects via restricted API keys without withdrawal permissions. You remain solely responsible for your account credentials, passwords, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

5. Voluntary Acknowledgment & Indemnification

By registering an account and enabling copy trading, you permanently indemnify and hold harmless Shark Copier and its Master Traders from any and all claims, disputes, or losses arising from market movements or automated copy trading execution.
